SEA-AD - Caudate Nucleus single nucleus transcriptomes#
SEA-AD - Caudate Nucleus taxonomy is derived from a single nuclei transcriptomic dataset containing 886,037 nuclei from 41 donors.
All associated metadata is publicly available as an AWS Public Dataset hosted on Amazon S3 and through the Allen Brain Cell Atlas Access (abc_atlas_access) package.
The expression matrices and associated metadata are hosted on AWS S3 bucket as a AWS Public Dataset:
